Engineering project management is a complex task, and our tailored Integrated Management System (IMS) contains processes and procedures to accurately monitor project success,allowing us to deliver projects of the highest quality.and provide transparency and traceability throughout the project ensuring the project is delivered with minimum risk.

We operate an Incident reporting system to capture near misses, incidents and non-conformances. These issues are analysed for root cause and this information is used to drive continuous improvement in our processes, procedures and approach.  We ensure our Integrated Management System recruitment, training and induction processes are improved as a result.

ATSys strive to always keep an open and honest communication channel with our customers and to provide them with regular progress reports. This allows for a transparent project in which each party involved are able to work together to fulfil each stage of a project to ensure efficient delivery. We have well-established procedures reflecting proven and effective work practices in the disciplines of project control within a project management portfolio.
